Refund policy

Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each piece is sourced and crafted on order.
However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
Your satisfaction and trust are our priority — every order is double-checked before dispatch to ensure perfection.

Return process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Email us at momentanejewels@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    • Brief description of the issue

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange return shipping or provide further instructions.

  4. A replacement or store credit will be issued after inspection.

Note:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, delay in delivery, or size issues.

  • All items are carefully inspected before shipment.

 

International Orders: Customs Fees and Duties

For international shipments, please be aware that your country's customs office may impose additional charges such as customs fees, taxes, and duties on your order. These fees are not included in the total cost of your purchase on our platform, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay them.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
